Russian Family Found Living in Karnataka Cave After Visa Expires

A Russian mother and her two young children have been discovered living in a cave in the Ramatirtha hills of Karnataka, India. The woman, identified as Nina Kutina, also known as Mohi, had been residing in the cave with her children, Preya and Ama, for approximately two weeks before being found by local police during a routine patrol.

A Life in Isolation

Mohi, reportedly drawn to Hinduism, chose to live a life of isolation with her children. The details surrounding their decision to live in the cave and their experiences during this period remain unclear. Authorities are working to understand the family’s situation and provide necessary assistance.

Visa Expired in 2017

The discovery also revealed a surprising fact: Mohi’s visa had expired back in 2017. This raises questions about how the family managed to live in India for so long without proper documentation and the challenges they faced during this time. Further investigation is underway.
