Building Collapse in Delhi’s Seelampur: Residents Trapped, Rescue Underway

Tragedy struck Seelampur in northeast Delhi on Saturday when a four-story residential building suddenly collapsed. The ground-plus-three-floor structure crumbled, trapping an unknown number of residents beneath the debris.

Frantic Rescue Efforts Ongoing

A frantic rescue operation is currently underway. First responders, including fire officials, are working tirelessly to locate and extract those trapped. Seven fire tenders are on the scene, battling dust, debris, and the unstable remains of the building.

Several Hospitalized as Rescue Continues

According to fire officials, at least three to four individuals have already been pulled from the rubble and transported to local hospitals. The extent of their injuries is not yet known. Rescue workers continue their search, hoping to find more survivors. The cause of the collapse is currently under investigation.
