Bihar Voter ID Update: Easier in Patna, Harder in Rural Areas

Many residents, especially the elderly and those displaced by recent floods, lack these specific documents. Concerns of Disenfranchisement Rise

With approximately 57% of eligible voters having submitted their forms, there’s growing concern that these documentary barriers could lead to the exclusion of a significant portion of the rural population from the electoral rolls.
