Indore, Madhya Pradesh – True victory is not just about medals, but about the courage to rise after setbacks. Coach Amay Lashkari, founder of ALET Sports Academy, has turned personal struggles into a mission to empower India’s youth through sports, creating a legacy of resilience, integrity, and excellence.

A Dream Sprouts in Dwarkapuri

Hailing from Dwarkapuri, Indore, Amay Lashkari envisioned a sports academy that would produce not only athletes but leaders of character. His commitment was so strong that he sold his car to fund training in Fencing, one of the most expensive martial arts, showing his determination to overcome barriers and nurture talent.

Overcoming Adversity

Even while battling sciatica paralysis, Amay continued mentoring students, transforming them into skilled coaches and ensuring that his knowledge lived on.

Betrayal struck when some students attempted to claim his work as their own, saying:
“We ran your classes while you only watched.”

Choosing dignity over confrontation, Amay walked away, leaving behind the academy he had built — a powerful display of integrity.

Principles Above Everything

When rivals asked him to abandon a young girl from the Valmiki community, Amay refused:
“No one ever gains by abandoning their mother. I will never leave what I built.”

Though his former students became competitors, Amay’s principles never wavered.

A Second Chance and a Rebirth

Guided by the words of his mentor, Master Saeed Alam:
“Even when the sun hides behind clouds, its light never fades. Your time will come,”

Amay was inspired to coach a new team in Mhow, including Devaraj Khode, the captain, who believed only Amay could lead them to success. Amay welcomed them, saying:
“You played even when defeat was certain — just to be part of my team. For that, I accept you as my disciple.”

The Rebirth of ALET Sports Academy

From that moment, ALET Sports Academy was reborn — stronger, united, and committed to instilling discipline, dedication, and national pride in every student.

Today, the academy celebrates a remarkable achievement: 20 players have been selected to represent Madhya Pradesh at the 21st National SBI Karate Championship 2025 in Kanyakumari.

A Legacy of Inspiration

From personal sacrifice to rebuilding his academy after betrayal, Coach Amay Lashkari has proven that true champions are defined by resilience, integrity, and the courage to uplift others.

ALET Sports Academy is now more than a training center — it is a movement inspiring India’s youth to dream big, train hard, and achieve excellence through sports.
