IIM Calcutta Student Accused of Rape in Boys’ Hostel: Accused Arrested

A deeply disturbing incident has come to light at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C). A female student has bravely come forward to report a sexual assault she experienced within the confines of the campus boys’ hostel. The accused, also a student at the institution, has been arrested by Haridevpur Police Station following the formal filing of a First Information Report (FIR).
