India’s NSA Doval Challenges Media on Operation Sindoor’s Accuracy

National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval directly addressed and criticized foreign media outlets for what he described as misleading coverage of India’s counterterrorist military operation, codenamed “Operation Sindoor.” He questioned the narrative presented by certain international news organizations, particularly Western media, regarding the operation’s impact and accuracy.

Doval Highlights Precision Strikes, Demands Proof of Collateral Damage

Doval emphasized the precision of Operation Sindoor, stating that it targeted nine terrorist hubs located deep within Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). He boldly challenged the Western media to produce evidence of any unintended damage or civilian casualties caused by the Indian military during the operation. His direct challenge, “Show me one photo,” underscores his confidence in the operation’s targeted nature.

Operation Sindoor: A Counterterrorism Effort

Operation Sindoor was presented as a decisive counterterrorism measure against specific threats emanating from within Pakistan and PoK. Doval’s strong stance against the alleged misreporting highlights the Indian government’s commitment to transparency and its perspective on the operation’s legitimacy.
